Optimum Business and Bresnan are now Charter Business
Charter has acquired the Optimum and Bresnan networks in your area and we are in the process of upgrading the networks to bring your business faster Internet, advanced phone with more business calling features, and TV with more HD channels. As a result, Optimum Online, Voice, and Video customers as well as Bresnan Internet, Phone, and TV customers will be transitioned to Charter Business.

If you have not logged into the Charter Business Portal previously, simply use your Optimum.net user ID and password to register a new Charter Business ID.
When did Charter acquire Optimum and Bresnan?
Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) and Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC) announced the completion of Charter's acquisition of Cablevision's Bresnan Broadband Holdings, LLC ("Optimum West") on July 1, 2013. As a result of the acquisition, Charter adds cable operating systems in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah that pass more than 660,000 homes and serve over 375,000 residential and business customers.
How will I know about any upcoming changes to my Charter Business services?
Optimum Business and Bresnan Business customers will receive several notifications about the transition to Charter Business beginning with a "Welcome to Charter Message" that was mailed in February, 2014. Additional notifications will also be provided based on the type of business services customers subscribe to.
Will my price change?
No. Your monthly pricing will not change. The upgrade to faster Internet, advanced phone with more business calling features, and TV with more HD Channels will be completed with no additional cost to current Optimum and Bresnan customers.
Will my Internet, Voice, or TV service change?
Yes. Charter is upgrading the network in your area at no cost to you in order to deliver faster Internet, advanced phone with more business-calling features, and TV with more HD channels.
