With offices in 22 states, Charter Media covers 3 million households throughout the country. From traditional commercial advertising to exciting new possibilities in interactive media, our consultative team brings advertisers effective, efficient ways to turn our audiences into their customers.

Charter provides services to customers in 25 states, managed by four Regional Offices. Each Regional Office houses key operational functions, including Engineering, Network Operations, Sales and Marketing, Product Deployment, Human Resources, Government Affairs and Communications.

Charter provides extensive training to ensure that our Advisors are knowledgeable and able to provide timely solutions during all customer interactions in a courteous, respectful manner.
