How can I subscribe to Disney Family Movies?
You can subscribe by either by calling a customer care agent (888-GET-CHARTER) or by using your remote control through the On Demand menu on Channel 1. To use your remote, simply go to Channel 1, select “Premiums” from the main menu and then select “Disney Family Movies.” Then select a title and follow the instructions on-screen instructions to subscribe. The system will require you to confirm your choice to subscribe to the monthly service. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew and can be cancelled at anytime by calling 888-Get Charter.
If I subscribe using my remote, can I also un-subscribe to the package using the same process?
