Disney Family Movies is a subscription video on demand package available by subscription on Charter On Demand on Channel 999. For $4.99 per month you will get 12 animated shorts and movie titles at any given time, 2 programs will be replaced with ‘new’ programs every week, for 24 Disney selections per month. Selections will be a mix of movies, classic animated shorts, and other Disney selections. This is a great add-on for families! With the power of On Demand you can watch anytime you want, as often as you want, plus you can pause, rewind and fast-forward using nothing more than your remote!
How often can I watch the movies in my Disney Family Movies package?
With your subscription you can watch all the movies within the package anytime you want, as often as you want for one low price of just $4.99 per month
How can I subscribe to Disney Family Movies?
You can either subscribe by calling a customer care agent (888-GET-CHARTER) or by using your remote control through the On Demand menu on Channel 999 and select the subscription VOD service for Disney Family Movies, then follow the instructions on the screen. The system will require the customers confirm their choice to subscribe to the monthly service. If this option is not shown, you will need to call to talk to a customer care agent. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew and can be cancelled at anytime by calling 888-GET CHARTER.
If I subscribe using my remote, can I also un-subscribe to the package using the same process?
No, to cancel a subscription, you will have to call a customer service representative and request the cancellation.
How often are the movies updated for the Disney Family Movies package?
Disney Family Movies will be updated every two weeks where two titles will change giving customers 8 new titles a month. This ensures the titles can be watched repeatedly, but new content is constantly available.
