The Charter Value Added Services Support Staff focuses our support towards the connectivity between a cable modem and a personal computer. We also provide support for Charter High-Speed Security Suite.
However, as an optional support path, our Value Added Services Technician has sent the following self-help information on your behalf:
- Double left click on the Charter High-Speed Security Suite icon located in the System Tray.
- Click the “Virus & Spy Protection” button. Click the “Scan my computer” link.
- A drag down menu will appear, select “Perform full computer check”
- Charter High-Speed Security Suite will scan the entire computer for viruses, spyware, riskware, and suspicious items.
