The Charter High-Speed Internet Technical Support Staff focuses our support towards the connectivity between a cable modem and a personal computer. We also provide support for Charter High-Speed Security Suite, yet telephony support for the initial download and installation of the program is limited.
However, as an optional support path, our High-Speed Internet Technical Support Staff has sent the following self-help information on your behalf.
- On the bottom right of the screen, double left-click on the green shield icon in the system tray.

- The home page of the Security Suite will open.

- Click on the Internet Shield button on the left.
- Click on Change across from Internet Shield at the top right to access the Internet Shield Security Levels.
- Click on the drop down menu under Normal and select Office.

- This security level allows all outbound TCP traffic and FTP file retrievals, and sharing files and printers with other computers in the same network. Click OK.
