This tutorial will guide you through Spam Control using Charter Security Suite.

Double-click on the Charter Security Suite Icon
in the Task Bar. This will launch the application.
Click on the "Spam Control" button.

Click on the "Advanced" button to access Advanced features.

To reset the Spam Controls, click "Reset"

Selecting Reset will open this window. Clicking OK will restore the spam filter rules to the factory default settings.

This section allows you to set the port number for their POP mail client. Click "OK".

Allowed Senders

In the advanced features of the Spam Control, click the "Allowed Senders" link to view the contacts allowed. To add a contact, click the "Add" button.

Add the address of the contact you wish to have added to the safe recipients list. Click "OK".

Filtered Senders

Click on the "Filtered Senders" link. Then click "Add" to incorporate a domain.
