To remove the Charter Security Suite:
For Windows XP, click “Start”, “Settings”, and “Control Panel”
For Windows Vista “Start” and “Control Panel”.

Programs and Features

In Vista, when in the Control Panel, click the "Programs and Features" icon
Or choose "Add/Remove Programs" in Windows XP.

Uninstall CSS
Step 3 of 6
To remove the Charter Security Suite in Vista, click the application. Then click "Uninstall/Change"
Select Change/Remove in Windows XP.

Uninstall Wizard
Step 4 of 6
Select "Remove all" and "Start" to remove the application. Please note that you will no longer have their PC protected.

The progress bar will show the time remaining.

Restart PC
Step 6 of 6
When the process has completed, save and close out all other programs and click “Restart now (recommended)”, then “Finish”.
Your PC will reboot to complete the operation.
