Charter Security Suite™ Internet Shield (Firewall)

Step 1 of 4

Double-click on the Charter Security Suite Icon in the Task Bar. This will launch the application.

Click on Internet Shield.

Internet Shield: Advanced Settings

Select "Internet Shield". Click on the "Change" button to configure the level of protection.

Internet Shield Security Level

Step 3 of 4

The recommended Security Level is "Normal". Click "OK".

The user can select "Office. Printer/File Sharing" if they plan on sharing files or a printer on their network.

Firewall

The Firewall screen allows you to enable the firewall and set up "Rules" and "Settings".
